Govt using ED, NIA to choke Kashmir Inc : KEA | KNO

Khan threatened to launch an agitation should the government fail to being and end to this conspiracy.

Terming the latest spell of raids on some leading business houses in Srinagar today as ploy, Khan said the government was pushing the Kashmir Inc towards the wall though witch-hunting.

“Enough is enough. We cannot see our civilization being crippled through such psychological warfare. Let the New Delhi and the PDP-BJP government in the state be aware that if such repressive tactics are not immediately withdrawn the business community of Kashmir will be left with no options but to come out on the streets for a decisive battle,” Mr Khan who also heads the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation said.

Khan said the raids on business community have proved beyond reasonable doubt that New Delhi and state government have a secret pact to dis-empower Kashmir Inc.

Mr Khan said instead of raiding the big business tycoons of India whom government has blessed with thousands of crores of loan at the cost of common man’s life, poor Kashmiri businessmen who are struggling for survival in a conflict are being victimized.

He appealed the Indian civil society to play its role into the matter.
